BIG BARN Puppet Shows
Big Barn Puppets present very unique "puppet musicals" for kids and families. Children just love our nearly life-size animal puppets and realistic barn sets. We offer five different shows that can be presented with three different barn sets depending on your budget, audience size, and the size and location of your performance space. For large concert venues and other large spaces, we can present the show with up to four puppeteers, and musicians so the music for our songs can be played live.
Our current productions are:
"Zoo In My Room"
With Farmer Stu recently retired from his job as a zookeeper, there's more work to do on the farm and the animals can't keep up. They recruit some animals from the zoo to help fill key farm jobs AND add to the musical fun.
"Farmer Stu Goes Green"
The animals teach Farmer Stu how to make his farm more environmentally friendly by incorporating solar power, rain barrels, composting and recycling."
"Old MacDonald Had A Barn"
The animals take turns leading their friends (and the audience) in the singing of their favorite folk songs. Who wouldn't love to sing along with a hippo?
"Catching the Kindness Bug"
After behaving poorly at first, some of the animals discover that the kindness of others can be contagious. They learn some excellent lessons from each other and Farmer Stu about being humble, helpful and kind.
