What makes our events special?
Affordability
With our ticket pricing, a caregiver gets in FREE with a child's ticket. At advance prices, that means an adult caregiver and a child can attend a show for only $5 each. For two adults and one child it's still under $7 each. It's the best deal in town!
Neighborhood Feel
The majority of our audience attends regularly and walks to our events from the neighborhoods surrounding Eastern Market. Many of the adults know one another, and each show is a socialization opportunity for the children.
No stage or fixed seating
Unlike most entertainment venues, there is no raised stage. The North Hall is a big, open room with large windows and natural light. Plenty of stroller parking, chairs for the adults, and an open area in front for the children to sit, stand or dance!
Engaging Performers
Our seating arrangement facilitates an intimate live entertainment experience for the children. After every show there is an opportunity for caregivers and children to meet the artists. Kidsinger Jim even makes his puppets available for pictures!
